The meeting deliberated and passed the 2016 Annual Report of Zhejiang Xuguang, the 2016 Work Report of the Board of Directors and the proposal, the 2016 Financial Final Report and the proposal, the 2016 Annual Audit Report Proposal, the 2017 Annual Audit Financial Budget Report and the proposal, the 2016 Annual Profit Distribution Plan Proposal, the 2017 Annual Related Transactions Proposal and other documents.
The meeting was witnessed and concluded by Lv Shilai and Wu Weiyong of Zhejiang Shangrui Law Firm: the voting procedure of the shareholders; meeting of Zhejiang Xuguang is in accordance with laws, regulations, the Articles of Association, and the voting results are legal and valid.
